President of Belarus to visit today region of conducting comprehensive military exercises in Brest oblast

 Today president of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko will visit the region of conducting comprehensive military exercises in Brest oblast, a correspondent of BelTA has been informed in the presidential press service. In particular, the Supreme Commander-in-Chief will visit the 174th training ground of the air forces and anti-aircraft troops Domanovo and the 230th troop training ground Obuz-Lesnovskiy near Baranovichi. The president will be informed about the operational-tactical situation in the region of the exercises. Military units of the 302nd anti-aircraft missile brigade will be involved in the exercises as well. They will demonstrate actions for destroying air attack means of a conventional enemy. The head of state will assess the actions of the 11th and 28th independent mechanized brigades in defensive and offensive battles. Alexander Lukashenko will also sum up the preliminary results of the alertness of units and formations of the armed forces and the exercises. Moreover, he will award the best servicemen.
